ACTIVATE | R380.00

If you have only just started running, or have not started at all and want to get into it both safely and efficiently, then ACTIVATE is a coaching program that will ensure you get yourself off to a great start. ACTIVATE ensures you have the building blocks in place and will take you through to your first 10k. 


R380.00 per month includes a training program delivered to you at the beginning of each week, as well as pacing management and strength workouts to help avoid the injury risks that new runners are susceptible to. Your sessions will be individually reviewed at the end of each week and you have the option of a biweekly face-to-face progress review.  

REACTIVATE | R320.00

Returning to running after an injury requires special attention that safeguards the body from regression or further injury. Similar attention is required when returning after a pregnancy when your body is both healing and going through change. The REACTIVATE coaching program will ensure a sound return to running and lay the foundations for future goals. 


R320.00 per month includes a short, personalised weekly training program and strength workouts specific to your condition or postpartum capability. Your sessions will be individually reviews at the end of each week.  

INDIVIDUAL | R600.00

The INDIVIDUAL training program is a one-on-one approach between athlete and coach that will oversee the improvement of a runner at any level of the sport. Through stringent sessions based on specific race distance goals, a personal best will become a natural biproduct of the process.


R600.00 per month includes a tailored, athlete-specific training program delivered to you at the beginning of each week as well as pacing management and strength workouts. Sessions are reviewed daily in order to fine-tune training and pacing, as well as address any issues. You have the option of a weekly face-to-face review.  

INDIVIDUAL+ | R660.00

The INDIVIDUAL+ training program is a one-on-one approach between athlete and coach that will oversee the improvement of a runner at any level of the sport. Through stringent sessions based on specific race distance goals, a personal best will become a natural biproduct of the process.   


R660.00 per month includes a tailored, athlete-specific training program delivered to you at the beginning of each week as well as pacing management and strength workouts. Sessions are reviewed daily in order to fine-tune training and pacing, as well as address any issues. You have the option of a weekly face-to-face review and access to group training sessions (location specific).  

CO-OPERATIVE | R450.00

The CO-OPERATIVE option is a generic training program that is race distance specific. The CO-OPERATIVE program is also date-specific and will culminate in a pre-set event of a 10km, half marathon or marathon. It is run over a fixed 12-week period that ensures optimal preparation to best prepare you for a personal best.


R450.00 per month includes a proven, generic training program delivered to you weekly as well as training pace structures and strength advice specific to runners. It also includes weekly group sessions and a monthly review of progress. Talk to us about your goals and the race distances that we have lined up.
